Directions to Pay Your Taxes Online
Effective March 2, 2021 unpaid 2020 real property taxes have been forwarded to the St. Clair County Treasurer’s office and are no longer payable at the City of Marysville. For more information regarding your 2020 unpaid tax balance due, please contact the SCC Treasurer at (810) 989-6915.
Due to COVID-19 we encourage residents to pay bills by mail, online or via our front door drop box. Payments accepted are check, cash or credit/debit card. A 3% processing fee will be added to payments made by card. Please click here to pay your taxes online.
Utility payments are due Monday, February 1, 2021. A 5% penalty will be added to outstanding utility accounts on March 1 and April 1, 2021.
Winter tax payments are due on Monday, February 15, 2021. A 4% penalty will be added to any outstanding tax bills on February 16, 2021.
The City of Marysville is not responsible for bills lost or misplaced by the U.S. Postal Service. Contact our Treasurer’s Office if you’ve not received your bills. It is a property owner’s responsibility to be cognizant that taxes and utility bills are due twice annually. Penalties are never waived.
Residents who paid off their mortgages or recently purchased a home and do not pay taxes through an escrow account should PROMPTLY contact the Treasurer’s Office if they did not receive a tax bill.

Click here to pay your water/sewer/refuse bill online. Please note that a $5.95 convenience fee will be assessed to your bill when paying online. Online payments are processed the following business day.
***Please note that on June 1, 2021 outstanding utility account balances for the year 2020 will be added onto your 2021 summer tax.***
Payments may also be made via mail, through our after-hours drop box or in the Treasurer’s Office, Marysville City Hall, 1255 Delaware during our normal business hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Cash, checks or debit cards are accepted. Please note that a 3% service charge will be added to all debit/credit payments.
