2019 Summer Toddler Programs

To register please visit Marysville Recreation Department located in Marysville Community Center during normal business hours at 867 E. Huron Blvd. or register online.  Please note you must first create an account when registering online.

Sporties for Shorties

Introduce your son or daughter to different sports (basketball, football, soccer, t-ball, tennis, track & field) and learn basic fundamentals.  Class maximum of 30.  The first class will be held in Morton Elementary gym. For players ages 3 – 6

Day: Friday
Dates: June 21 – July 26
Time: 9 – 9:30 a.m.; 9:45 – 10:15 a.m.; 10:30 – 11 a.m.
Cost: residents – $25; non-residents – $35
Where: Morton Elementary Gym & Marysville City Park


Fun drills and scrimmages will teach players how to pass, dribble and properly kick.

Days: Monday or Wednesday
Dates: June 17 – July 24
Time: Ages 3-5 9 – 9:25 a.m.
Cost: $25 residents/$35 non-residents
Where: Marysville City Park open field

Crafty Kids

Every week children ages 2 – 6 will read a new children’s book and make a related craft.  This class is great for encouraging your child’s creative side while teaching them to love reading.

Days: Tuesday (ages 2-3); Wednesday (ages 4 – 6)
Dates: June 18 – July 25
Time: 9 – 9:45 a.m.
Cost: $25 residents/$35 non-residents
Where: Marysville Community Center, 867 E. Huron Blvd.

Tot Swim Program

This is an introduction to swimming for ages 6 month to 4 years.  One adult, age 16 or older must be present in the pool with each child.  All classes are a six weeks.

Dates: June 17 – July 25
Time: 9 – 9:45 a.m.
Cost: $30 residents/$40 non-residents
Where: Marysville High School pool

  • Tiny Tots: 6 – 17 months (Monday)
  • Big Tots: 3 – 4 years (Tuesday)
  • Tots: 18 – 35 months (Wednesday)
  • Big Tots: 3 – 4 years (Thursday)
