Spring 2019 Adult Recreation Programs

To register please visit Marysville Recreation Department during normal business hours at 867 E. Huron Blvd. or register online.  Please note you must first create an account when registering online.

Open Recreation

Morton Elementary School is available this spring for drop in basketball and volleyball.  This program is open to people (16 & older) and children with adult supervision.  Please enter school through the front door.  Our Facebook page (Marysville Recreation Department) will list cancellations should they occur.

When: now – the end of May 2019

  • Tuesday – basketball
  • Thursday – volleyball

Time: 7:30 – 9 p.m.
Cost: daily fee – $2 per resident; $4 per non-resident. Season passes: individual – $30/resident/ $60 non-resident; family – $50/resident/ $100 non-resident
Where: Morton Elementary School, 920 Lynwood

Rockin’ Retirees with Deborah Forster

This class is for everyone age 50 and up whether you’ve been exercising or if you simply want to age in a healthy way.  This class will provides cardio, resistance, flexibility, core and balance training.  Every class is self-paced and chairs are provided for those who need them.  Join certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor Deborah Forster for a fun and energetic hour at the Marysville Community Center.  This is an ongoing program so join us anytime!

Time: 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Where: Marysville Community Center, 867 E. Huron Blvd.
Cost: $10/6 classes; $20/12 classes

Indoor Walking

Stay nice and warm while walking the halls of Marysville High School.  We thank Marysville High School for allowing our residents to use their beautiful facility to help promote fitness.

When: Monday – Friday; January 7 – May 2, 2019
Time: 4 – 8 p.m.
Cost: FREE
Where: Marysville High School, 555 E. Huron Blvd.
