Rockin’ Retirees with Deborah Forster
This class is for everyone whether you’ve been exercising or if you simply want to age in a healthy way. This class will provides cardio, resistance, flexibility, core and balance training. Every class is self-paced and chairs are provided for those who need them. Join certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor Deborah Forster for a fun and energetic hour at the Marysville Community Center. This is an ongoing program so join us anytime!
When: Tuesday/Thursday; 8:30 – 9:30 a.m.
Where: Marysville Community Center (old fire hall)
Cost: $10/6 classes; $20/12 classes
Whether you’re a beginner or an expert, you’ll want to join Deborah Forster’s one hour yoga class. We’ll focus on a slow flow of postures to awaken the body as well as concentrate on our breath to calm the mind. Please bring a mat if you own one.
When: Tuesdays beginning October 10

Cost: $50 for six weeks
Morton Elementary School is available this fall and winter for this drop-in winter program. Open to adults (16 & older) and children with supervision. Please check Marysville Recreation Department’s Facebook page for cancellations. Programs begins Tuesday, October 3.
When: 7 – 9 p.m. – Tuesdays (basketball); volleyball (Thursdays)

- Season Passes (Individual) resident – $25; non-resident $50. (Family) resident – $50; non-resident – $75
Stay nice and warm while walking the halls of Marysville High School. This program is open to residents beginning this fall when the weather becomes cold. A big thank you to the high school for allowing our residents to use this facility to keep them fit. Program begins Monday, October 2.
