Vacation Notice

I/We, the undersigned homeowners, hereby request the Marysville City Police Department to specifically watch and check our real property located at ______________________between the dates of ______________ and ______________ while we will be out of the City of Marysville on vacation and/or business.

While it is our hope, and that of the Marysville  Police Department, that our property will not be damaged or subjected to burglary, vandalism or other criminal activity, we understand that the Marysville  Police Department cannot guarantee or insure that such activity will not occur, nor can the Marysville Police Department assure that extra patrolling and more than regular surveillance will occur as a result of our request.

I/We, therefore, waive and forever discharge the City of Marysville, the City of Marysville Police Department, any of their agents, employees or servants from any and all liability for any claims, damages, losses or responsibility of any kind for such occurrences that may happen during said time period and further covenant not to sue any of said entities or persons for damages of any kind arising from such occurrences.

NOTE: This document shall be signed, before the address is added to the "Home Watch" list.
