Hunting is not allowed in the City of Marysville. Firearms are not to be discharged in the City, including BB Guns.
To obtain a permit to purchase a pistol, there is a five dollar fee. The permits are good for ten days. When applying for the permit, a criminal history is run on your name and there is a true or false questionnaire given. If approved it will be issued while you wait.
Curfew on minors under twelve years of age is 10:00 pm to 6:00 am seven days a week unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Curfew on minors twelve years through sixteen years is 11:00 pm to 6:00 am Sunday through Thursday and 12:00 midnight to 6:00 am Friday and Saturday nights.
Snow Ordinance Parking is in effect from December 1st to April 1st ~ During this time, there parking is not allowed on streets or Avenues between 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
