Community Parks

The City of Marysville has 6 public parks within the city:

Morton Park (560 Busha Hwy.) - 2 ball fields, 2 picnic pavilions, skateboard/bike park, inline hockey rink, basketball court &  2 playgrounds.   Great park that has something for the whole family.  This park is also a great place to meet friends and enjoy the beautiful Bridge-to-Bay trails around Marysville. Port-a-potties on-site for your restroom needs.

Mermaid Park (159 Gratiot) – this small park has a small parking lot with stairs that lead down to a boardwalk that is a great fishing spot along the St. Clair River.  Parking is free, but on beautiful nights, parking can be very limited. Port-a-potty available on-site.

Washington Park (Corner of Colorado & 16th Street) – this neighborhood park is great for shade and having picnics close to home. Located south of Washington Elementary School. (click on the park name for more information)

Marysville City Park (801 E. Huron  Blvd.) - this is the biggest park Marysville has to offer.  Truly the place to be all year long with its many recreational facilities: 6 ball fields, 1 basketball court, 2 tennis courts, horseshoe pits (south of tennis courts), soon to be 6 picnic pavilions, a splash pad, numerous playground equipment, 2 restrooms, a band shelter for music concerts and connections to the Bridge-to-Bay Trail.  During the winter this park provides a great place for cross-country skiing and sledding. (click on the park name for more information)

Veteran’s Memorial Park – Located across the street from Marysville Park, this park is right on the St. Clair River.  A short boardwalk provides visitors views of the beautiful water front along with a ADA Accessible Kayak/Canoe Launch.

Chrysler Beach River Front: This water front area, provides the best place in Marysville for access to the Great St. Clair River.  The boat launch gives boaters access directly into the St. Clair River, while the beach area gives swimmers a place to cool off or catch some rays.  This area also provides exercisers just over a mile long boardwalk.
